Colombo: In a one-sided affair, Sri Lanka failed to put up a challenging total as Pakistan's bowlers tore through their batting lineup, restricting them to a mere 166 runs in the final Test match.

Pakistan's spinner, Bilal Ahmed, showcased his skills by claiming four wickets, while fast bowler Naseem Shah dismissed three Sri Lankan players.

Naseem Shah's fiery pace proved too much for Angelo Mathews, captain Dimuth Karunaratne, and Dhananjaya de Silva, while Bilal Ahmed sent back Sadeera Samarawickrama, Dhananjaya de Silva, Asitha Fernando, and Ramesh Mendis.

On the other hand, Shan Masood and Shahin Shah Afridi took charge for Pakistan, dismissing Lankan openers, Niroshan Dickwella, and Pathum Nissanka, respectively.

The final match of the series is being played in Colombo, with a delayed start due to rain.

Sri Lanka's captain won the toss and elected to bat against Pakistan.

During the toss, Pakistan's captain, Babar Azam, stated that the team has not made any changes and will field the same players who featured in the first Test match.

It's worth noting that in the previous Test match in Galle, Pakistan's cricket team secured a comprehensive victory against Sri Lanka by four wickets.
