Elderly couple found dead at their house in Lahore

As per details, the victims identified as Idrees (60) and Nighat (58) were at their home alone when an unidentified man stabbed them to death with a sharp edged weapon.

Police reached the spot after getting information and shifted the deceased to a nearby hospital for postmortem.

An FIR of murder has been lodged against unknown murderer on the complaint of the son of the victims.

Their son, Hannan told the police that he wasn’t home when his parents were murdered, adding that his wife was preparing iftari on the second floor of their house at the time of incident.

The police started investigation into the incident and collected CCTV footages and other evidence. However, they could not trace out the murderer who is still at large.
