Islamabad: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) once again increased the prices of electricity by Rs1.91 per unit on Wednesday fulfilling the conditions of International Monetary Fund (IMF), GNN reported.
According to details, the energy rate has been increased under the purview of monthly fuel adjustment charges which will be applicable for one month only.
The increased tariff will make the consumers suffer by Rs24 billion.
