Harare: Pakistan team is hoping for a big first-innings lead in the opening Test of the two-match series against Zimbabwe in Harare.

According to details, The Green Shirts resumed game at the score of 103 without loss, trailing the home team by 73 runs.
Opener Abid Ali played a smashing innings of 60 runs off 140 balls with the help of 10 fours. Imran Butt and Azhar Ali are on the pitch trying to put up massive score.
Earlier, Shaheen Afridi and Hasan Ali’s remarkable bowling performance was enough to bowl Zimbabwe out for just 176 in their first-innings on Thursday. Both claimed four wickets each.
Zimbabwe managed to put up a score of 176 runs off 59.1 over. For the home team, Roy Kaia scored the most runs 48 off 94 balls.

It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan has defeated South Africa by 3-1 in their recent four-match T20I series while Zimbabwe lost by 0-3 in their last three-match T20I series against Afghanistan.
Earlier in 2020, Pakistan defeated Zimbabwe by 2-1 in the One Day Internationals (ODI) series and then swept them 3-0 in the T20I series.
