Accused does not seem to be mentally stable, and shifted to mental asylum
Lahore: A woman living in the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore was arrested for killing an animal (rabbit) and posting its pictures and video on social media, which are going viral.
The Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Defense, Shehrbano Naqvi, taking notice of this shocking incident, raided the house of a woman named Khansa Hussain and arrested her, while the police handed over the birds and animals in the woman’s house to wildlife and related institutions.
According to the police, the accused does not seem to be mentally stable, and she has been shifted to a mental asylum.
It is pertinent to note that the woman used to kill animals and pressure the public on social media to buy animals.
