This action follows the PTI chairman's arrest and the subsequent confiscation of important electronic gear, including two mobile phones and an intriguing satellite phone.
According to sources within the Lahore Police, as part of their ongoing investigation into the recent May 9 incidents, law enforcement agents seized the aforementioned mobile phones and the satellite phone during the PTI chairman's detention.
Additionally, it has come to light that other gadgets were seized by the police when they searched Zaman Park, indicating that the investigation into the case is now more extensive.
The data recovered from the phones will help in filing charges against the former prime minister in various cases in which investigations are underway.
