Crude oil price increases by $12 in global market

Russia: The price of crude oil has increased by 12 dollars per barrel in the world market during one month.

The price of petrol in Pakistan jacked up by Rs37.45 during a month. While price of diesel rose by more than Rs40 per liter within a month.

Kerosene oil has been made expensive by Rs53. The global tax on diesel has increased by Rs6 per liter, while the global tax on petrol surged by Rs3 per liter.

The premiums of petrol and diesel have also shoot up. A total tax increase of Rs95 per liter was made for petrol while a tax of Rs92 per liter was imposed on diesel.

The actual price of petrol in Pakistan is Rs195 per liter, and the real price of diesel is Rs201 per liter.
