In the objection raised by the Registrar Supreme Court, it has been stated that the petitioner did not fulfill the ingredients of Article 184/3,


Islamabad: The petition to stop the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan in other cases has been returned with objections by Supreme Court on Monday.
According to details, lawyer Salman Safdar had filed a constitutional petition on behalf of Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman, in which it was requested to stop the arrest of Imran Khan in other cases.
In the objection raised by the Registrar Supreme Court, it has been stated that the petitioner former prime minister did not fulfill the ingredients of Article 184/3, the petitioner filed a personal interest petition under Section 184/3.
On behalf of the registrar's office, an objection has also been filed on the petition of PTI chief that the petitioner approached the Supreme Court directly and not the relevant forum.
The petitioner has challenged the decision of the trial court. There was a relevant forum to do so, he objection added.
It further stated that petitioner could not prove which fundamental right was affected and how it was a matter of public interest, making various pleas in one petition which were not deemed to be relevant.
Notably, Imran Khan was arrested from Lahore on August 05 after being convicted in Tosha Khana case, since then he has been imprisoned in Attock Jail. While a few days ago, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had also arrested Imran Khan in the Cypher case.
