Insulin worth Rs1 million stolen from Govt Hospital Lahore
A three-member committee has been formed to investigate the incident.
Lahore: It has been revealed that insulin worth Rs1 million has been stolen from Government Said Mitha Hospital in Lahore.
According to Dr. Kashif—Medical Superintendent (MS) of Said Mitha Hospital—insulin of diabetic patients was being stolen and taken away on rickshaws.
A three-member committee has been formed to investigate the incident, which will also check the record of insulin in the store.
According to MS, a complaint was filed to the police to take action against the accused, after which the police seized the insulin-carrying rickshaw and arrested the driver.
