Peshawar: Peshawar police have apprehended a suspect accused of raping a 10-year-old deaf and mute child within the jurisdiction of Thana Tehkal.
The incident came to light when the police filed a case and subsequently arrested the suspect based on the child's identification.
According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Waqas Rafiq, the suspect will also undergo a DNA test, and further actions will be taken following the confirmation of the findings.
