Imran Khan’s wife pleaded in her petition that if FIA continues the action, it will affect the rights of the petitioner.

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan's wife Bushra Bibi Thursday filed a separate petition against Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) investigation on the alleged audio leak case.
According to details, Bushra Bibi filed a separate petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) through lawyer Latif Khosa, in which it is stated that main case is already under hearing in this court and it was directed by the court earlier on September 18 that FIA should proceed according to law.
The petition further stated that main case is now scheduled for hearing on October 30. Despite the case being pending, FIA issued a summons notice on September 19.
Imran Khan’s wife pleaded in her petition that if FIA continues the action, it will affect the rights of the petitioner. Therefore while the case is pending, the court should suspend the FIA's notice.
