Lahore: The first flight of Azerbaijan Airlines arrived at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore yesterday.
Azerbaijan Airlines was given a warm welcome from the waterslide upon landing, while Advisor to the Prime Minister on Aviation, Air Marshal (Rtd) Farhat Hussain Malik also welcomed the guests.
The Chief Executive Officer of Lahore Airport and heads of other institutions also cut the cake at the boarding gate.
In this regard, the ambassador of Azerbaijan posted in Pakistan said that the increase in direct flights between the brotherly countries by Azerbaijan Airlines and Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will increase the travel options for passengers and the brotherly relations between the two countries.
