Chishtian: In Chishtian, an unidentified assailant has committed a horrifying act by raping a mentally challenged 13-year-old girl.
Shockingly, the victim's family discovered her pregnancy during a medical examination prompted by abdominal pain.
The incident has led to the registration of a rape case at the Chishtian police station, based on the girl's father's complaint.
According to the victim's father, the young girl had been experiencing severe abdominal pain for the past ten days, causing her immense distress and discomfort.
