Moscow: Crude oil prices continued to decline in the global market and fell by more than 5.5 percent.
According to details, the price of British crude Brent oil fell to 85.81 dollars per barrel, while the price of West Texas Intermediate (WTI) fell to 84.22 dollars barrel.
The drop in crude oil prices is due to concerns of a slowdown in the global economy and low demand.
On the other hand, OPEC is unlikely to further cut oil production.
Experts opined that if this trend continues in the global market, there may be a clear reduction in the price per liter in Pakistan.
