Shah Rukh Khan gets Y+ security after death threats
Unknown people are constantly sending threatening messages to kill the superstar.
Mumbai: Bollywood's King Khan has been receiving death threats following the success of his recent films ‘Jawan’ and ‘Pathan’, which has led to increased security.
According to Indian media reports, Shah Rukh gave two super hit films Pathan and Jawan this year, after which unknown people are constantly sending threatening messages to kill the superstar.
In this view, the Maharashtra government has provided Y+ category security to Shah Rukh Khan.
According to reports, Maharashtra's Very Important Person (VIP) security unit will be with Shah Rukh at all times. This security unit includes six personal security officers and five armed guards.
Apart from this, the security of Shah Rukh Khan's residence ‘Mannat’ in Mumbai has also been increased. Four Mumbai police officers will be on guard at the actor's house 24 hours a day.
Earlier, Shah Rukh was accompanied by two armed guards. Apart from Shah Rukh, actor Salman Khan has also been provided Y Plus security.
It is pertinent to note that this year proved to be very lucky for Shah Rukh Khan. Yash Raj Films' Pathan, which was released a few months ago, has successfully done business all over the world and made a total business of Rs10.5 billion, while the film Jawan has so far earned business of Rs10.9 billion all over the world.
