Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan approached the court to stop the Cypher case proceedings.
According to details, a miscellaneous petition was filed in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) through Latif Khosa on behalf of Chairman PTI.
It has been stated in the petition that the trial court has reserved the case for indictment on October 17, and the trial court's proceedings in the cypher case should be restrained.
The petition of chairman PTI was approved by the court for hearing. Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Aamer Farooq will hear the appeal today (Thursday).
