Islamabad: Pakistan has conducted a successful test of the Ababil weapon system, focusing on enhancing its defense capabilities, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of the Pakistan Army.
The test evaluated various aspects of the weapon system, including performance, technical parameters, and design elements.
Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza oversaw the test, with the presence of senior military officials, scientists, and engineers.
The Ababil missile system is a critical component of Pakistan's defense and strategic capabilities.
The test aimed to bolster the nation's defense readiness.
President of Pakistan Arif Alvi, Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar, and General Sahir Shamshad Mirza extended their congratulations to the scientists and engineers involved in the successful test.
