Chennai: In Chennai, strong winds and rainfall occurred ahead of Pakistan's sixth World Cup match against South Africa.
The India Meteorological Department predicted rain in Chennai, and while there was rain this morning with strong winds, it has since stopped.
Clouds linger, and if more rain comes, the match might start slightly late.
However, the forecast doesn't predict heavy rainfall today.
Pakistan is set to face South Africa at Chidambaram Stadium, with South Africa ranking second on the points table and Pakistan in sixth place after three consecutive losses.
