Karachi: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Thursday restored all the bank accounts of Pakistan International Airline (PIA).
According to the spokesperson of PIA, the negotiations between PIA and FBR have been successful and the accounts have been restored after fixing the schedule for payment of dues.
After which orders were issued to restore all the accounts of the national airline across the country.
According to the spokesman, the PIA and FBR's tax unit were in constant contact to resolve the issue.
It is pertinent to note that FBR had frozen all 28 bank accounts of the national airline PIA for non-payment of taxes.
