The latest reports say that Faraz Chaudhary was arrested when he was on his way to the returning officer to file nomination papers for his brother Fawad for NA-60.

Jehlum: The police on Friday arrested Faraz Chaudhry, the brother of former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhary, in Jehlum.
He was arrested on his way to the returning officer to submit the nomination papers for NA-60 for the upcoming general elections.
According to the police, Faraz Chaudhary’s arrest was required in different cases.
Last week, Sher Afzal Marwat, a leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was apprehended outside the Lahore High Court (LHC).
Marwat, serving as the party's senior vice president, was arrested after leaving the high court premises following his participation in a lawyers' convention. Police indicated that he was detained under 3MPO and subsequently transported to the Mazang police station.
Several other PTI leaders complained of arrests and harassment by the police in different parts of the country. However, the Supreme Court earlier today directed the ECP to hear the grievances of the PTI leaders regarding level-playing field ahead of the general elections.
