Tel Aviv: An Israeli soldier who refused to fight against Hamas has been sentenced for the act.
According to foreign media, Tal Mitnik, an 18-year-old Israeli citizen, refused to join the Israeli army during the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas.
Tal Mitnick has reportedly been sentenced to 30 days in a military prison for refusing.
According to foreign media, the Israeli citizen has adopted the position in the video message that the criminal attack on Gaza will not solve the action taken by Hamas, violence for violence is not the solution and that is why I refuse.
It has also been reported by the Israeli media, Tal Mitnick is the first person to face such punishment during the war against Palestine that has been ongoing since October 7.
