The court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the accused.


Gujranwala: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Gujranwala Monday ordered to confiscate the property of 51 accused including Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in the May 9 attack and arson case at Gujranwala Cantonment.
According to the details, the hearing of case declaring 51 accused involved as proclaimed offender is underway in the court.
Following the court order, advertisements have been displayed at the houses of the accused and important places in the city.
The court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the accused. The accused have been charged with terrorism and murder.
The list of 51 accused includes the founder of PTI, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, Yasmin Rashid and Ijaz Chaudhry.
Murad Saeed, Hammad Azhar, Farrukh Habib, Umar Ayub, Ali Amin Gandapur, Zartaj Gul, Zubair Niazi, Akram Sahi, Shaukat Bhatti, Ahmed Chatta, Bilal Ejaz and Zafarullah Cheema have also been named in the list of accused.
