Sarah Inam’s father challenges acquittal of criminal's mother
He said that Shahnawaz Amir killed while his mother Samina Shah was also there. It cannot be possible that she was not involved in the crime.
Islamabad: The father Inam-ur-Rahim of victim Sarah Inam Tuesday approached the Islamabad High Court (IHC) in the case of her daughter’s murder.
According to the details, the father of the slain Sarah Inam filed an appeal against the decision to acquit the mother Samina Shah of the criminal Shahnawaz Amir.
It has been argued in the petition that the session court acquitted Samina Shah from the case.
However the petitioner pleaded that the decision of the Sessions Court to acquit Samina Shah from the case should be annulled, and that the maximum punishment should be pronounced for her.
On this occasion, while speaking to the media, the father of the deceased Sarah Inam, Inam-ul-Rahim, said that there were three people at the farmhouse on the day of the incident.
He said that Shahnawaz Amir killed while his mother Samina Shah was also there. It cannot be possible that she was not involved in the crime. He is satisfied with the sentence of the criminal Shahnawaz Amir.
