Toshakhana case against Imran, Bushra adjourned
PTI’s attorney appealed the court to delay the inquiry till tomorrow amid to insurmountable PTI lawyer Latif Khosa.
Rawalpindi: The Accountability court Judge Muhammad Bashir over seen the hearing of Toshakhana reference against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi and delayed the inquiry till tomorrow (Saturday).
During the hearing, PTI’s attorney appealed the court to delay the inquiry till tomorrow amid to insurmountable PTI lawyer Latif Khosa, therefore the court acceded the request and delayed the hearing without proceeding.
Earlier, former prime minister and his wife Bushra Bibi were accused in Toshakhana by Accountability court judge Muhammad Bashir.
National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Deputy Prosecutor General Muzaffar Abbasi and Amjad Parvez showed with seven witnesses before the court.
It is to be noted that the witnesses were Qaiser Mehmood, Binyamin, Nida Rehman, Mohammad Fahim, Azim Manzoo, Rabia Samad and Zahid Sarfraz Azam.
