According to the police, after February 5, vehicles without M-tag are not be allowed to enter the motorways.

Lahore: M-Tag registration has been made mandatory for all vehicles on the motorways.
According to the National Highway Authority (NHA), the use of M-Tag will be mandatory for vehicles. This decision has been taken to facilitate the users on the entry and exit routes of the motorways and to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
The recharge facility has been provided by Motorway Police at toll plazas. People can contact customer care center with their vehicle registration and ID card to get M-Tag.
According to the police, after February 5, vehicles without M-tag are not be allowed to enter the motorways.
