All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association confirmed the development, saying that the price of gold per tola now stood at Rs215,500 while the rate for 10 grams went up from Rs184,413 to Rs184,756.
Besides it, the price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold has escalated from 169,360 rupees to 169,360 rupees.
Meanwhile, the price of silver remained steady at 2,600 rupees per tola and 2,229.08 rupees per ten grams. The association further disclosed that the international market witnessed a surge in gold prices from $2,048 to $2,053.
