Lahore: Following the 2024 general elections, Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Chairman Bilawal Bhutto on Friday arrived in Lahore for what sources describe as a significant post-election gathering.
The PPP officials are scheduled to convene with Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Supremo Nawaz Sharif during their Lahore visit for an urgent session aimed at strategizing the response to the election outcomes in NA-127.
The sources said that the PPP leadership intended to address concerns over the election results in the Punjab region during the meeting.
Moreover, there is a possibility of a subsequent gathering between the leadership of PPP and PML-N in Punjab to discuss the post-election scenario.
