IHC summons Anwaar-ul-Haq in case of Baloch students
According to the details, a case has been heard in IHC regarding non-recovery of Baloch students.
Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has summoned caretaker prime minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar in a case related to the non-recovery of Baloch students on February 19.
According to the details, a case has been heard in IHC regarding non-recovery of Baloch students.
The court stated that the caretaker prime minister Anwaar should present here and tell every single thing about this case. IHC’s officials said that why don’t we file a case against Anwaar-ul-Haq?
Justice Mohsin Akhtar remarked that it is his highness that he has not called the two Director General of police.
Therefore, the court has summoned the caretaker prime minister for further investigation in this case.
