Tahir Bizenjo demanded that the Chief Election Commissioner should be arrested and prosecuted for violating the constitution.

Islamabad: National Party leader Senator Tahir Bizenjo Tuesday demanded the arrest of the Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan.
Speaking in the Senate session, Senator Tahir Bizenjo said that real public representatives were defeated in Balochistan and drug lords and land grabbers were brought to the assembly with the dedication of two parties in the province.
He raised the question whether the judiciary had the right to take away the electoral symbol of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) or if Pakistan will become a stable state as a result of such rigged elections.
Tahir Bizenjo demanded that the Chief Election Commissioner should be arrested and prosecuted for violating the constitution.
He said that all this has been done to postpone the issue of missing persons.
On the other hand, in the meeting, Senator Mushtaq Ahmed also demanded the resignation of the Chief Election Commissioner, saying that ECP had completely failed to conduct transparent elections. ‘The Chief Election Commissioner should resign for failing to conduct transparent elections’.
The Election Commission has committed treason and should apologize to the people and resign. A case should be filed against the Chief Election Commissioner, added Senator Mushtaq.
He continued to say that the social media platform X has not been operational for three days in Pakistan. It is not that something is suspicious rather the whole scenario is suspicious. The ban on X is causing educational and economic loss.
Apart from this, he demanded that an empowered judicial commission should be constituted at the level of the Supreme Court which should investigate the issue of Form-45.
