Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz stated: “She does not consider it a political party which is attacking the country”.


Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz said that she has come to know that metal kite strings are coming to Punjab from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Addressing the meeting of the apex committee of Punjab, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz stated: “She does not consider it a political party which is attacking the country”.
Maryam Nawaz added that the criminal elements in South Punjab have modern weapons.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, on Chief Minister Punjab's statement regarding metal cords responded that Maryam Nawaz claimed that metal cords that cut people’s throats are coming from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Punjab, is your police sleeping or it is only responsible for your security and protocol.
He added that this statement of Maryam proves that her government consists of incompetent rulers, so avoid creating hatred between the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab.
On the other hand, Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari said in response to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Adviser that the identification of metal strings is not based on allegations, but on the basis of reports, instead of playing the provincialism card, keep an eye on your province.
