Dr. Yasmin Rashid filed the application through her lawyers Ahmed Awais and Rana Mudassar Advocate.

Lahore: Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's election victory from NA-130 has been challenged in the Election Tribunal established in Lahore High Court (LHC).
According to the details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Dr. Yasmin Rashid has filed an election petition against Nawaz Sharif's victory.
Dr. Yasmin Rashid filed the application through her lawyers Ahmed Awais and Rana Mudassar Advocate.
It has been argued in the petition that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) issued the notification of the victory of Nawaz Sharif against the law.
It is pertinent to note that on February 10, Nawaz Sharif's victory from Lahore constituency NA-130 was challenged in the Lahore High Court.
On February 13, the LHC disposed of the petition filed by Yasmin Rashid against the victory of Nawaz Sharif from NA-130.
Justice Ali Baqir Najafi, while hearing the petition of Dr. Yasmin, directed the petitioner to approach the Election Commission.
On February 14, the ECP had issued a notification of the victory of Nawaz Sharif from NA-130.
Notably, in the elections held on February 8, Nawaz Sharif won from NA-130 Lahore by securing 179,310 votes, while PTI-backed candidate Yasmin Rashid was second with 1,04,485 votes.
