Islamabad: The power division has termed the news to impose fixed tax on solar as fake ones.
According to the details, power division issued a notification regarding this matter in which it is stated that there is no truth in the news to impose fixed tax on solar.
The central power purchasing agency or power division did not send such kind of summary to the government. In the notification it is being told that the elite are putting the solar panel in their homes.
In this way, the domestic, industrial consumers including the government have to face the burden of Rs1.90 in the form of subsidy.
Amid these consequences, the millions of poor consumers are affecting because of that. This Rs1.90 are going in the pockets of rich and higher middle class from the pocket of poor consumers.
