Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says Pakistan values its relations with Türkiye and Azerbaijan


Astana: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday emphasized on promoting trilateral cooperation among Pakistan, Türkiye and Azerbaijan in multiple sectors including economy, energy, tourism, meteorology, culture, education and Information Technology.
He made these remarks while participating in a tripartite meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the sidelines of the SCO Summit being held at Astana in Kazakhstan.
On this occasion, he emphasized the need to formulate strategies to promote trilateral cooperation in the fields of economy and investment.
Shehbaz Sharif said that Pakistan values its relations with Türkiye and Azerbaijan.
A detailed discussion on various issues of mutual interest was held and matters pertaining to the regional and global peace and prosperity were also discussed in the meeting.
Earlier, there has been a round of tripartite meeting among the foreign ministers of Pakistan, Türkiye and Azerbaijan.
