Clouds rained in Abbott Road, Lakshmi Chowk, Shalimar, Garhi Shahu, Mall Road, Canal Road, Harbanspura, Sanda, Islampura, and surroundings. On the other hand, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) warned of high flash flooding in the Narowal and Sialkot districts of Punjab during the next three days due to rain. Rains in the upper reaches of Jammu may cause flooding in the Narowal and Sialkot rivers.
According to the NDMA, there is a risk of severe flooding in Nala Ek, Dayak, and Pulkhu, which will inundate adjacent areas. Flash flooding may disrupt transportation, and damage buildings, crops, and livestock.
According to the NDMA alert, the provincial disaster management authorities and the local administration have been instructed to be alert and to take appropriate measures to protect the people from damage.
