He said he never faced any cases during his 40 years political career

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf senior leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi stated on Saturday that country’s stability is impossible without acknowledging the political reality of Imran Khan.
Talking to the journalists at Kot Lakhpat Jail, Qureshi said that despite being in politics for 40 years, he faced no cases for 39 years. However, he said that in the past year, dozens of cases have been registered against him.
“Whether people like it or not, Imran Khan is a political reality and without recognizing this fact, the country cannot achieve political stability,” Qureshi stressed.
He maintained that what happened with Nawab Akbar Bugti was cruelty, he was never against Pakistan .
Shah Mahmood Qureshi also expressed that what happened to Nawab Akbar Bugti was an injustice, he was never against Pakistan. “We should stop the practice to labeling each other as traitors.”
While calling Mahmood Khan Achakzai as a democrat, Qureshi said that someone who beliefs in democratic and constitutional values and having such thoughts one cannot be traitor. “The path of peace in Balochistan lies in dialogue and negotiation.
