Price of diesel is also estimated to be reduced by Rs12 per liter


Lahore: The petrol price is estimated to decline by Rs12 per litre in the country due to the drop in oil prices in the global market.
According to the media reports, the price of diesel is also estimated to be reduced by Rs12 per litre and the price of kerosene by Rs8.
The final price determination is likely to be based on the global market volatility of September 12-14.
It is pertinent to note that on August 31 also, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reduced the prices of petroleum products.
According to the notification, the price of petrol was reduced by Rs1.86 per litre, High Speed Diesel (HSD) was reduced by Rs3.32 and kerosene by Rs2.15 per litre.
Apart from this, the price of light diesel oil has been reduced by Rs2.97 per litre.
