IHC disposed of petition of Noreen Niazi seeking access to cases against her brother


Islamabad: The number of cases registered against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder in Islamabad has reached 76.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) heard a petition regarding the number of cases registered against the PTI founder in Islamabad.
During the hearing, a new report of the cases registered against the PTI founder was submitted to the court by the Islamabad Police, while the report of the cases registered in Sindh, KP, and Balochistan was also presented to the court by the Interior Secretary.
The Islamabad Police report stated that 14 more cases have been registered against PTI founder in the federal capital, after which the number of cases registered against him in Islamabad has increased to 76, while earlier the number of cases was 62.
A report of the cases registered against the PTI founder in Balochistan was also presented to the court, according to which two cases were registered against him in the province, one of which has been dismissed.
Later, the IHC disposed of the petition of the PTI founder’s sister, Noreen Niazi, seeking access to the cases registered against her brother.
