Met Dept forecast rains across Punjab

Lahore: As the new year begins, the Meteorological Department has warned of rain in various districts of Punjab including Lahore.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in various districts of Punjab including Lahore from tomorrow to January 6, and the humidity in the air is expected to reach 94 percent.

Lahore is ranked third in Pakistan in terms of pollution, with an average smog rate of 219 recorded in the city.

On the other hand, the first day of the year is also cold in the provincial capital Lahore. The current temperature of the city has been recorded at 9 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature is 8 and the maximum temperature is expected to reach 18 degrees Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Department, the wind speed has been recorded at 5 kilometers per hour.
