Court allowed Latif Khosa to go abroad today from Jan 10 to 24


Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has suspended the December 26 notification to put Sardar Latif Khosa’s name on the Passport Control List (PCL) until the next hearing.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani of the IHC issued a written decision and allowed Latif Khosa to go abroad today from January 10 to 24.
The written decision said that the Interior Secretary should ensure that Khosa is not prevented from going abroad, and should also inform the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), police, and immigration authorities about the court order.
The court said in the written decision that Sardar Latif presented a ticket that he wants to go to Canada from January 10 to January 24, he should also submit a surety to the High Court and the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
The Islamabad High Court adjourned further hearing of the case until February 6.
