Judge declared President Trump's move completely unconstitutional

Washington: A US federal judge has temporarily suspended President Trump's order revoking the birthright of citizenship.
According to foreign media reports, in a 25-minute hearing, the federal judge asked the administration's lawyer where the lawyers were when Trump's team drafted the presidential order.
He said the claim of the legality of the order was mind-boggling. Under the 14th Amendment, almost every child born in the United States is automatically entitled to citizenship.
The judge declared President Trump's move completely unconstitutional. The presidential order was postponed for 14 days until further action.
It is pertinent to note that President Trump had ordered the revoking of the birthright of citizenship after taking the oath of office.
After that, 18 states of the US filed a lawsuit against Trump's move. Arizona, Illinois, Oregon, and Washington raised the matter before the court.
