US President Trump has signed Laken Riley Act, making it easier to arrest, detain, and deport illegal immigrants

Washington: The United States has announced plans to send illegal immigrants to Guantanamo Bay detention center.
According to a foreign news agency, US President Donald Trump has ordered the Department of Homeland Security and the Pentagon to create a special area at Guantanamo Bay for this purpose.
President Donald Trump has signed the Laken Riley Act, making it easier to arrest, detain, and deport illegal immigrants.
This is the first law to gain legal status during President Trump’s second term.
The bill was passed with consensus between both Democrats and Republicans. President Trump expressed his gratitude to the Democrats, stating that this law will save the lives of hundreds of Americans.
Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was also present when President Trump signed the bill. Under the new law, federal immigration authorities can now forcibly deport individuals residing in the US without legal status, who are involved in minor offenses such as theft, shoplifting, assaulting an officer, or causing severe injury or death to a civilian.
The White House Press Secretary has already stated that individuals who entered the US illegally have committed a crime by doing so.
President Trump has also planned to send illegal immigrants to Guantanamo Bay. Homeland Security and the Pentagon have been directed to implement this plan.
President Trump stated that there are 30,000 beds available at Guantanamo Bay for criminals.
It is important to note that Guantanamo Bay is a US naval base and prison located in the southeastern part of Cuba. It is commonly known as the Guantanamo Bay detention center, where suspected terrorists have been held since 2002.
