Price of gold increases by Rs1,500 per tola, making price of one tola of gold Rs309,500

Karachi: The price of gold has reached a new historic high across the country.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold has increased by Rs1,500 per tola, making the price of one tola of gold Rs309,500.
In addition, the price of 10 grams of gold has risen by Rs1,286, reaching Rs265,346.
In the international market, the price of gold has increased by $12, now standing at $2,948 per ounce.
