CTD will conduct forensic examination of weapons discovered at Armaghan’s home

(Web Desk): Investigators on Saturday transferred the laptop and mobile phones of Armaghan, the prime suspect in the abduction and murder of Mustafa Amir, to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). Armaghan, who is also under suspicion for money laundering and cyber crimes, is facing multiple charges.
In addition to the electronics, computers seized during a raid at Armaghan's residence were also handed over to the FIA. Forensic tests will be conducted on all the evidence to help make further progress in the investigation.
Authorities are also looking into Armaghan's potential links to a global drug network. A special investigation team plans to contact the director-general of the Anti-Narcotics Force to question both Armaghan and another suspect, Sahir, as part of efforts to uncover the involvement of other individuals.
Moreover, the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) will conduct a forensic examination of weapons discovered at Armaghan’s home. The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) is also investigating the reasons behind Armaghan's purchase of prohibited weapons and is tracing the seller involved.
