Price of gold per 10 grams decreases by Rs2,571


Karachi: The price of gold has decreased in both international and local markets.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce has dropped by $28, bringing the new global price to $2893.
On the other hand, in local gold markets, the price of 24-carat gold per tola decreased by Rs3,000 on Thursday, bringing the new price to Rs304,000 per tola.
Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams has decreased by Rs2,571, reaching the new level of Rs260,630.
It is worth noting that the price of gold had increased in both international and local markets the previous day, with a $5 increase in the global market, pushing the price of gold to $2921 per ounce, while in the local market, the price increased by Rs700 per tola.
