344 nominations have been made from around the world


More than 300 people, including US President Donald Trump and Pope Francis, have been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize 2025.
According to a foreign news agency, 344 nominations have been made from around the world for the Nobel Peace Prize 2025, including 244 individuals and 94 organizations.
According to the report, the people nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize include US President Donald Trump and Pope Francis, as well as former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
According to Nobel rules, the names of the nominees are kept secret for 50 years, but some nominators can reveal the names of their candidates.
It is pertinent to note that the Nobel Prize is given in memory of Swedish businessman Alfred Nobel, who invented dynamite, while he deposited almost all of his assets in a fund to award these prizes.
The Nobel Prizes were first awarded in 1901.
