Remand report said that when Armaghan informed his father after the murder, he advised him to hide

Karachi: Mustafa Amir murder case accused Armaghan has been handed over to the police for another seven-day physical remand.
During the hearing of the Mustafa Amir murder case in Karachi local court, the defense lawyer opposed the physical remand and said that the vehicle, body, and weapon of attack had been recovered. There is no need for further remand, therefore, judicial remand should be granted.
During this, the government lawyer said that the accused had put a password on every recovered item, and further investigation was necessary. The investigation officer said that the accused shifted his call center from Karachi to Skardu and later called his father there.
The police remand report said that when the accused Armaghan informed his father after the murder, the father advised him to hide.
During the hearing, the judge asked the accused whether the police had beaten him up. To this, the accused said that he could not shake his head.
In addition, on the court order, the accused was allowed to meet his parents for 5 minutes and later he was handed over to the police on a physical remand for another seven days.
It is pertinent to note that Mustafa Amir was kidnapped on January 6 and then a month later on February 8, the police raided a bungalow in the Defense Khayaban-e-Momin area of Karachi to recover Mustafa Amir, during which firing was also opened on the police and three personnel including the DSP were injured in the encounter.
The police took the accused Armaghan into custody, who revealed during interrogation that he, along with Shiraz, had put Mustafa in the trunk of his car and set it on fire.
