Washington: The US State Department has clarified that the deadline for completing the US visa review process is not today.
However, it did not clarify when a final announcement would be made.
US State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce said that the visa process must ensure that travelers coming to the United States do not threaten US national security and public safety.
She stated that the United States is committed to ensuring the safety of its citizens.
