Laksian Police Station raided drug peddlers’ hideout

Sargodha: Two policemen were martyred and two were injured in the firing by drug peddlers in Sargodha.
According to the Punjab Police spokesperson, the Laksian Police Station raided the drug peddlers’ hideout. Constables Imran Vance and Rana Shafiq were martyred in the exchange of fire.
Sub-Inspector Mumtaz and Elite Constable Noman were injured and have been shifted to the hospital, while the accused escaped and efforts are on to arrest them.
IG Punjab Dr Usman Anwar has taken notice of the incident and sought a report from RPO Sargodha.
