280 passengers have obtained reservations for journey on train


Peshawar: The Jaffar Express, which was the target of terrorism, has been restored after 16 days.
The Jaffar Express train was flagged off from Peshawar Cantt Railway Station in the presence of Federal Minister Amir Muqam and railway officials.
The Jaffar Express will depart from Peshawar and reach Quetta tomorrow evening after a 34-hour journey through Punjab, Sindh, and then Balochistan. 280 passengers have obtained reservations for the journey on the train, and 28 passengers have left from Peshawar.
The train will enter Balochistan from Peshawar after Punjab and then Sindh. It is the only train that passes through all four provinces.
It is pertinent to note that the Jaffar Express faced a terrorist attack on March 11, after which the train service was suspended, but now after 16 days, it has again set off on its journey from the Cantt Railway Station Peshawar.
Speaking to the media on the occasion of the train's departure, Federal Minister Amir Muqam said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif wanted the Jaffar Express service to be restored to Quetta and now it has left Peshawar.
He stated that the Prime Minister and the Army Chief are committed to the security of the country. The ambitions of terrorists will not succeed. The development process of Pakistan and Balochistan will continue, and the resumption of the Jaffar Express is a sign of the country's development.
Mentioning the determination of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa against terrorism, Amir Muqam added that the fight against the scourge of terrorism will continue. The problem of terrorism is the problem of the entire country and we all have to fight it; the security of all trains has been improved.
Criticizing the movements of the opposition parties, the Federal Minister said that the purpose of the PTI's movements is not the development of the country and the province but to capture Islamabad. The PTI leadership is unstable and there is no continuity in their policies.
Amir Muqam decided regarding illegal Afghan refugees that their return process is irreversible and will be implemented according to the circumstances.
