Waziristan: Section 144 has been imposed in the tribal district of South Waziristan of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from today to April 5 to protect the lives and property of the people and maintain peace.
According to the details, Deputy Commissioner South Waziristan Nasir Khan said that Section 144 has been imposed in the entire district from today (Friday) to April 5 to protect the lives and property of the people and maintain peace.
He stated that a notification has been issued imposing a complete ban on aerial firing and one-wheeling during the night while using tinted windows in vehicles, pillion riding, and displaying weapons will also be banned.
Nasir Khan added that legal action will be taken against those violating Section 144 under Section 188, and the public is requested to cooperate with the administration and security agencies.
